Ordering
- Please read each description in its entirety. I do my best to describe each item in detail.
- If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please ask.
- There is a 30% cancellation fee
- Returns are not accepted unless item is damaged in transit. Photos of damaged item and its shipping box are required.
- Payment is required in advance for custom orders
- Wholesale, layaway and reserving items are not accepted
Shipping
- Orders will ship out within 1-2 weeks. During the busy season (August - April) it may take more time.
- Your item will ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- All items are shipped with tracking numbers and insured.
- There are no returns or refunds accepted unless damaged while in transit. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your package. Photo of damaged items and shipping container are required.
